Jeff Sundheim - Artist Statement

A Philadelphia native, Jeff moved to the San Francisco Bay Area after graduation from college and spent many years traveling the U.S. and abroad developing strategies and marketing campaigns for leading high tech companies. After years of studying painting, photography and printmaking in Northern California, Jeff moved to New York and attended the Art Students League as well as the School of Visual Arts.

Since then, he has been part of numerous group exhibitions, had solo shows in New York City, Connecticut and Massachusetts as well as a show at the C.R.Smith Museum in Dallas, Texas.

His work has been covered in The New York Times and Wall Street Journal, spans the boundaries of painting and sculpture, at times incorporating found objects that he has uncovered in his travels including wood, paper, plastic, and metal.
